Hello!
Provincetown was a wonderful experience and I'm already saving my pennies for next year, which will be the 25th anniversary for Women's Week. I was fortunate enough to do readings with Ruth Perkinson, Claire Rooney, Lynn Ames, Jill Malone and Teresa Stores. We laughed and drank oodles of lattes. I met some wonderful people and I highly recommend the trip. It was absolutely beautiful. I was also able to do a bit of writing and I hope to finish Delusional in the next few weeks. Check out the new pics on the website. More soon, especially the one of me "flying" a small plane!
Hello Everyone!

Hello!
Thank you all so much for your enthusiasm for Compulsion. And the well wishes from everyone regarding making the short list for best mystery. Yahoo!
I will be attending Women's Week this year in Provincetown, October 15 through October 19. I'm setting up some book signings now and I'll let everyone know where I'll be. I hope to see some of you there.
Some of you have asked if the mental illnesses described in the books are real, and the answer is absolutely YES. Although the killers do go to the extreme, they are still well within the definition of each illness or personality disorder. Mental illness runs the gamut from feeling a bit blue, to outright psychosis. Feel free to ask me any questions you have and although I might not know the answer, I'll know where to find it!
Hello Everyone!
I found out last week that Borderline made the short list as a finalist for best mystery at the Golden Crown Literary Society! I'm very excited to say the least. The winner will be announced on August 2, 2008. I'm thrilled to be in the company of many fabulous mystery writers. I'm really disappointed that I won't be able to attend the conference this year due to conflicts with my schedule.
I'm considering going to Provincetown this year for Women's Week. Any comments on that? Also, let me know what you think of Compulsion.
Until next time....
OH... don't forget to drop by the Bella Books Forum!
Happy Pride Weekend!
This is the time of year that we all get to gather in one place and hopefully feel good about ourselves. Even though our local bookstore decided not to attend this year's Pridefest, a bookstore from Indianapolis asked me to stop by their booth on Sunday to sign a few copies of Compulsion. How cool is that? I hope to see some of you there.
